Licensor: PD Studio (prodotti-digitali.net). Licensee: the person or the
single business that purchased the Portrait Backdrop Vault.

1. WHAT YOU CAN DO
   - Use the backdrops in photographs and composites for yourself and for
     your clients, in unlimited projects, with no time limit.
   - Deliver the finished images to your clients in print or digital form,
     and use them to promote your own photography business, including
     social media, websites, portfolios and advertising.
   - Edit the backdrops: crop, recolour, retouch, blur and combine them.

2. WHAT YOU CANNOT DO
   - Resell, share, give away, sublicense or redistribute the backdrop
     files, alone or inside other products (backdrop packs, templates,
     presets, overlays, courses or bundles).
   - Upload the backdrops as standalone backgrounds to stock sites,
     marketplaces or print-on-demand services.
   - Share the original files with other photographers or businesses.
   - Use the files to train or fine-tune machine learning models.
   - Claim that you created the backdrops themselves.

3. YOUR CLIENTS
   Your clients may use the finished images you deliver. They receive no
   rights to the backdrop files.

4. TEAMS
   One licence covers one person or one studio business. Contact support
   for agencies or multi-studio use.

5. NO WARRANTY
   The files are provided as they are. PD Studio is not liable for indirect
   damages arising from their use. Nothing in this licence limits rights
   you have under consumer protection law.

o la singola attività che ha acquistato il Portrait Backdrop Vault.

1. COSA PUOI FARE
   - Usare i backdrop in fotografie e compositi per te e per i tuoi
     clienti, in progetti illimitati, senza limiti di tempo.
   - Consegnare le immagini finite ai clienti in stampa o in digitale, e
     usarle per promuovere la tua attività fotografica, compresi social,
     siti web, portfolio e pubblicità.
   - Modificare i backdrop: ritagliarli, cambiarne il colore, ritoccarli,
     sfocarli e combinarli.

2. COSA NON PUOI FARE
   - Rivendere, condividere, regalare, concedere in sublicenza o
     ridistribuire i file dei backdrop, da soli o dentro altri prodotti
     (pacchetti di sfondi, template, preset, overlay, corsi o bundle).
   - Caricare i backdrop come sfondi a sé stanti su siti stock, marketplace
     o servizi di stampa su richiesta.
   - Condividere i file originali con altri fotografi o attività.
   - Usare i file per addestrare o perfezionare modelli di machine learning.
   - Dichiarare di aver creato tu i backdrop.

3. I TUOI CLIENTI
   I tuoi clienti possono usare le immagini finite che consegni. Non
   ricevono alcun diritto sui file dei backdrop.

4. TEAM
   Una licenza copre una persona o un'attività fotografica. Per agenzie o
   più studi contatta l'assistenza.

5. NESSUNA GARANZIA
   I file sono forniti così come sono. PD Studio non risponde di danni
   indiretti derivanti dal loro uso. Nulla in questa licenza limita i
   diritti che ti spettano per legge come consumatore.
