Information we receive

When you request the free starter pack, we receive your email address, chosen language and whether you opted in to marketing. We may also receive referral or campaign parameters included in the page URL. Before checkout, we pass your email, your choice about immediate digital delivery and acceptance of the Terms, the UTC date and time of that choice, and your optional marketing preference to Shopify as part of your order details. Shopify processes order and payment information; we receive the order details needed to fulfill the purchase and assist you. If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message.

How we use it

• Send your free download and manage access to purchased files.
• Process orders, respond to questions, resolve delivery problems and meet legal obligations.
• Send a follow-up or offer about the Vault only if you tick the optional marketing box. You can unsubscribe through the link in those emails.
• Understand site visits and campaign performance through the measurement tools used on the landing page.

Requesting the free pack does not require marketing consent.

Service providers and payments

We use service providers to host the site, deliver downloads and emails, manage free-pack requests and process purchases. Checkout and payment card handling take place through Shopify and its payment providers; PD Studio does not collect your full payment card details on this site. These providers process information as needed to perform those services.

Analytics, advertising and cookies

This website uses three measurement tools, which set cookies and similar identifiers:

• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), to measure visits and the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to reach people who visited the site.
• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.), to count visits and see how pages are used.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.), to understand how visitors use the page, including clicks, scrolling and session recordings.

These tools are active when you visit the site. You can switch them off at any time with the link below; this never affects purchases or the free pack.

The campaign details in the link you arrived from (for example utm_source or fbclid) are kept in your browser for up to 7 days, so an order can be matched to the campaign that brought you here.

Turn off measurement in this browser. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their own safeguards; see the privacy statements of Meta, Google and Microsoft.

Retention and your rights

We keep information for as long as needed for delivery, support, relevant legal obligations and the purposes described above. You can request access, correction or deletion of your information, object to certain processing, or withdraw marketing consent at any time, subject to applicable law. Contact us at the address below.
