Download your files

After purchase, check the email address used at checkout for your download details. The complete Vault is organized into 11 ZIP files: one START HERE archive with the guides, catalog and licence, plus ten collection archives. Download the archives you need, then extract each ZIP before opening the JPGs. You may need enough free storage for the downloads and extracted files.

Requested the free starter pack? Use the download link shown after submitting the form or the link emailed to you. You do not need to opt in to marketing to receive it.

Start with your portrait

Open the included guide and visual catalog to find a backdrop that fits the light and perspective of your photo. In an image editor that supports layers, separate your subject from the original background, place the JPG backdrop behind it and adjust scale, shadows and color for a natural result. The free browser editor Photopea is one option; an editor is not included with the Vault.

Quick checks

• If a download link is missing, check your spam folder and verify the email address used for your order or free-pack request.
• If a ZIP will not open, check that the file finished downloading and that your device has enough space; then try extracting it again.
• If a backdrop looks small or blurry, use the original full-resolution JPG rather than a preview image from this website.
• If you received the wrong files, keep your order email and contact us.
